How to Read Our Guidance
Dilution rates, sampling intervals and feeding calendars described on this site come from our own work with vegetable beds of 20 to 400 square metres. They are a starting point. A bed on heavy clay near Osaka Bay will not behave like a raised bed of bought compost, and a web page cannot see the difference. Use it to understand our approach, then let a sample or a written plan do the specific work.
Using the Enquiry Form
- Send only what you are comfortable having stored in our email records.
- You do not need to know your soil type or pH before writing; “the tomatoes flowered but did not set” is a perfectly good starting point.
- Please do not use the form for advertising, recruitment or bulk messages.
Links and References
Pages on this site may link to public agricultural guidance or weather data. Those sites are run by others, and we are not responsible for their content or availability. We do not receive payment for links, and a link is not a recommendation of any product.
Availability Through the Season
The site is available all year, but our replies slow down in the busiest planting weeks of spring and early autumn. Messages are answered in the order they arrive, and urgent questions about a delivered extract, such as a container that has split, are handled first.
Changes to This Site and These Terms
Services, prices and these terms may be updated between seasons. The version on this page is the one that applies to your use of the site today. Orders and visits already confirmed stay under the terms in place when you booked them.
Governing Law and Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Osaka District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute that cannot be resolved by discussion. We keep a note of each question and its answer, the same way we keep our batch records.
Prices Shown on the Site
Prices for sampling, feeding plans and extract blends include consumption tax. If a price changes after you have booked or ordered, the earlier price still applies to that booking.
Photographs on This Site
Images of beds, kelp and extracts illustrate the kind of work we do. Crops and soils vary, so they are examples rather than a forecast of what your beds will look like.
Security and Fair Use
Please do not use automated tools to copy pages, test the site for weaknesses or submit large numbers of form entries. If you notice a problem with the site, tell us at info@kelp-corelab.com.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is held invalid under Japanese law, the rest of the terms remain in force.
Language
This site is written in English for growers across Japan. Enquiries in Japanese are equally welcome, and these terms apply in the same way whichever language we correspond in.

If any part of this site is hard to read or use, for example with a screen reader or on a small phone, please tell us and we will send the information in another form.
